🚫COMMON MISTAKES OF FOAM ROLLING🚫

1 - Do NOT leave it unattended around a puppy☠2 - You're too quick. To get the benefits you need to go SLOW🐢 and hold the pressure on those juciy trigger points!3 - You're holding your breathe. When you do you also hold more tension in your muscles! We are trying to relax them right?? Top tip count using your breathes not by seconds!🙃4 - You're trying to roll only the sore areas - remember sometimes the area of pain is not the area of dysfunction. Keep in mind not to foam roll on a fresh injury!🤕5 - You're starting at the wrong end and rolling the wrong direction. Alway roll towards the heart.
