Join an established Adelaide chiropractic practice where you will be trained and mentored by a senior chiropractor with close to three decades of clinical and practice experience.
This opportunity is designed for a new or recent graduate who wants to build confidence in adjusting, communication, patient management and practice systems within a successful shared-care model.

You will be trained within an established clinical, communication and practice-management model developed through close to three decades of experience.
A key part of the role is learning how to provide consistent care across the practice, so patients understand what to expect regardless of which chiropractor they see.
Your mentoring may include:
→ hands-on adjusting feedback
→ case discussion and end-of-shift debriefs
→ patient communication coaching
→ reports of findings and progress reviews
→ shared-care handovers
→ documentation and practice-flow systems
The aim is to help you develop strong, repeatable foundations within our established practice model. As your confidence and experience grow, you will naturally bring more of your own personality and strengths into the role while maintaining consistency of care across the practice.
Practise. Rehearse. Refine.
Confidence does not appear overnight. It develops through repetition, feedback and preparation.
You will be expected to practise technique, rehearse communication and apply feedback consistently. This includes learning how to explain findings, make clear recommendations, respond to difficult questions and communicate within a shared-care team.
You will be supported, but this is not a passive role.

Remuneration, Security and Professional Growth
This is a permanent part-time position at 0.8 FTE, plus superannuation.
Remuneration will be based on the Health Professionals and Support Services Award, with the applicable classification and rate determined by the successful applicant’s qualifications, training and relevant experience.
The salary-based structure provides financial security while the associate develops clinical confidence, learns the practice model and builds consistency in patient communication and practice-management systems.
The preferred commitment is approximately two years, allowing sufficient time to gain meaningful experience, strengthen professional skills and establish a solid foundation for the next stage of their chiropractic career.

It may not suit someone who wants to practise independently from the clinic’s systems, is unwilling to adapt their approach, or prefers to work separately from the wider team.

Formal onboarding is planned from December 2026, but we would like to begin getting to know prospective candidates now.
This may include an introductory conversation, a clinic visit, meeting the team and early preparation for a smooth transition into the role.
You do not need to have your entire career mapped out before making contact.
You do need to be genuinely interested in learning, contributing and building strong professional foundations.
