This varied and rewarding role encompasses:

• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism.

• Managing phone calls, emails, payments, and appointments.

• Brief child-minding tasks.

• Assisting the chiropractor as needed.

• Following up with clients through phone calls, text and emails.

• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.

• Excellent multitasking skills – yes, a bit of an “octopus.”

Experience & Training

• On-the-job training is provided.

• Preferred: At least 5 years in customer service/retail or 1-2 years in health/allied health roles.

• Tasks may include supporting our naturopath and remedial massage therapist with client queries, payments, and bookings.

Hours & Availability

• Approx. 10-15 hours per week across six shifts.

• Clinic hours span from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday (with potential Friday/Saturday shifts in the future).

• Flexibility to fill in for team members is appreciated.

• Training begins as soon as possible.
