Step 1 – Understanding You
We start by listening. Your concerns, your goals and your health history all matter.
We’ll take the time to understand what’s been happening, how it’s affecting you, and what you’d like to improve. From there, we’ll guide you through a structured assessment to determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for your needs.

Step 2 – A Thorough Chiropractic Assessment
Your assessment includes a comprehensive physical examination to help us understand how your spine and nervous system are functioning.
This may include:
→ Postural and movement assessment
→ Physical examination of your spine and joints
→ Orthopaedic and neurological testing, where clinically appropriate
→ ThermPix Thermal Imaging – our new thermal imaging technology, used to identify and measure patterns of temperature variation along the spine
→ Surface Electromyography (sEMG) – to assess patterns of muscle activity along your spine
→ Digital Postural Analysis – to assess posture, alignment and movement patterns
If clinically indicated, we can also arrange digital spinal X-rays to provide further information about the structure and condition of your spine.

Step 3 – Personalised Review & Recommendations
One of our chiropractors will personally review your findings with you in a dedicated one-on-one session, explaining what we’ve found and what it may mean for you.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to your concerns, your options, and our recommendations for what comes next.
