Perimenopause & Midlife

Health Reset.

A calm, practical online workshop for women navigating stress,

hormonal shifts and recovery changes

Thursday 19th February 7:30pm

You don’t need to try harder to feel better.

A calm, practical reset for women in midlife — exploring stress, hormones, and nervous system support that actually lands.

At some point — often in midlife — many women notice a shift.

What once worked doesn’t land the same way.
Recovery takes longer. Stress lingers — even when you’re doing the “right things”.

This doesn’t mean anything is wrong.

Often, it means the nervous system is carrying more load than it can adapt to.

February Reset is an opportunity to pause, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and explore ways of supporting the body — without pushing harder.

$7 — includes live access + recording

This is a calm, 40-minute online session — no pressure to participate, just space to listen, reflect, and take what’s useful for you.

What This Evening Is About

This online workshop brings together chiropractic, naturopathy, and acupuncture to explore how stress, hormones, movement, and recovery interact during midlife.

We’ll look beyond symptoms and focus on how the nervous system influences energy, pain, sleep, metabolism, and resilience — and why support often matters more than intensity at this stage of life.

This session is educational, designed to offer clarity and context, not pressure or perfection.

What We’ll Be Exploring

A different way of understanding what many women experience through midlife — especially when stress, pain, fatigue, or hormonal changes start to linger.

We’ll explore:

  • Why strategies that once worked may stop landing the same way

  • How stress and hormonal change affect pain, energy, sleep, and metabolism

  • Why regulation and safety matter before intensity or effort

  • How movement, spinal care, nutrition, and acupuncture support the same underlying system

This isn’t about doing more — it’s about understanding what support looks like now.

Who This Evening Is For

This evening may resonate if you’re a woman in midlife who:

– Feels stuck despite doing the “right things”
– Notices stress, fatigue, pain, or sleep issues lingering
– Is navigating hormonal change
– Wants calm, evidence-informed support — without pressure

You don’t need answers — just curiosity.
